  • Dr Ann French

    MBBS, FRACP

    Neurologist

    Dr Ann French is a fully qualified Consultant Neurologist. She has expertise in a range of general neurological conditions and has subspecialty interests in neuroimmunology, multiple sclerosis, headache and Botox for chronic migraine.
    She consults from Precision headquarters in Kew. Dr French holds a public appointment at St Vincent's Hospital with senior roles in the Neuroimmunology Clinic and the Multiple Sclerosis Research Unit. She acts as a co-investigator and examining neurologist for several large clinical trials in multiple sclerosis.

    Dr French’s undergraduate medical training was undertaken at Monash University where she was awarded the prestigious Sir John Monash Prize for Academic Excellence.

    Dr French completed her post-graduate training through the Adult Medicine Division of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. She undertook basic physician training in Internal Medicine at St Vincent's Hospital and advanced training in Neurology at St Vincent's and Royal Melbourne Hospitals. Dr French completed her Fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis and Neuroimmunology at St Vincent's Hospital under the supervision of Dr Mark Paine and Professor Mark Cook.

    Dr French is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists and a full member of the Australian Medical Association.

    Dr French maintains an active interest in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and has been a clinical examiner for the University of Melbourne final year medical students Prize in Neurology. She is an active participant in continuing professional development activities including international conferences and training.

    Dr French is dedicated to providing high quality neurological care with open communication, compassion and sensitivity to cultural and individual patient needs. 

  • Dr Swee Tan

    MBBS (Hons), FRACP

    Neurologist

    Dr Swee Teng Tan, is a consultant neurologist at Precision Brain Spine and Pain Centre, with expertise in assessment and treatment of a broad range of neurological conditions, and a special interest in headache, Parkinson’s disease and cognitive disorders.

    Dr Tan prides himself on treating patients with respect and compassion. He takes a meticulous approach to clinical assessment and uses thorough communication with patients and referring practitioners.

    Dr Tan specialises in treating; headaches and migraine, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, tremor and movement disorders, cognitive impairment and dementia, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord, nerve and muscle disorders.

    Dr Tan completed his medical training at The University of Melbourne. He is a Fellow of The Royal Australian College of Practitioners (Neurology) and has completed a Fellowship in Neurology at the Royal Free Hospital, London

    Dr Swee Tan also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, and consults from a variety of locations including: Kew, Glen Iris, Box Hill and Mornington Peninsula.
