Michelle Pangallo is a Counselling Psychologist who completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology at LaTrobe University. Michelle is Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Treasurer of the APS College of Counselling Psychologists (Vic Branch).
Michelle is passionate about supporting people with chronic pain and illness to cope with their pain and live a meaningful life. Michelle has considerable experience working with clients across the lifespan from childhood to older adulthood in Community Health, private practice, and schools.
She also draws on a number of therapeutic approaches including Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive behavioural therapy, Schema therapy and psychodynamic methods.
