Dr Brasier is a Occupational and Environmental Medicine Specialist with more than 40 years experience as an occupational health practitioner in all aspects of occupational/environmental health, hygiene, rehabilitation, safety, research, workers compensation, self-insurance and associated risk management across a diverse range of industries both locally and overseas.

Dr Brasier commenced practice as an occupational physician in 1978 subsequently working in a range of industries including manufacturing, mining, heavy metal (aluminium & steel), health, automotive, motor sport, construction, logistics, aviation, teaching, petrochemical, finance, transport, food, security, insurance, government, timber, printing, publishing, and hospitality.

Dr Brasier previously held a teaching position in Occupational and Environmental Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine at Newcastle University and the position of Tutor/Lecturer in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in the Faculty of Health Sciences – Monash University.
