Dr Rachel Teo is a Consultant Physician in Rehabilitation Medicine specialises in spine and brain disorders.

She graduated from Monash University, Melbourne with Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2009. She completed specialist training with major rehabilitation services across Victoria including the prestigious Victorian Spinal Cord Service. She was awarded fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Rachel has rehabilitation experience in multi-trauma, TAC and Workcover patients. She prides herself in delivery of high-quality integrated and holistic rehabilitation program to optimise the functional outcome for her patients. She works very closely with allied health, physicians and surgeons. She is also fluent in Mandarin.

Rachel is a member of Rehabilitation Medicine Society of Australia and New Zealand and actively involved in the training of rehabilitation doctors.
